1. Data Minimization

We only collect the minimum information required to authenticate your account and generate content. We do not create user advertising profiles.

2. Content Ownership

Any content generated through our platform is 100% owned by the user. Executive AI Content Studio claims no intellectual property rights over your outputs.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All prompts and generated content are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Your data is stored in ISO 27001 certified data centers.

4. No Model Training

We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT use your private executive prompts to train public LLMs. Your strategic insights remain your competitive advantage.

5. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time through your dashboard.
